“Trimming is usually an integral part of making pots and this heavy-duty but lightweight sponge bat makes that step so much easier!  Made of 3” thick, high density foam mounted securely onto a 15” x 1/4” waterproof bat – this trimming bat means you’ll never again have to use coils or lumps of clay to hold your pot to the wheel head while trimming.  The bat attaches to the wheel head as with most bats, using 2 bat pins. (2 holes positioned at standard 10“ apart.)
